Summary:
As the ROM's lead UX/Web designer, I worked with the web team on the website redesign project, based in Drupal. I primarily worked on user research, workflows, personas, wireframing, prototypes, style guides & accessibility standards.
I also designed micro-sites and landing pages for various ROM exhibitions including: Forbidden City, ROM's Young Patrons Circle, Mesopotamia, Fiday Night Live, March Break, Ultimate Dinosaurs, Dead Sea Scrolls, iPad interactive Wild Life photographer of the year, Bison Collaborative (all websites in English and French). As well, interactive sections such as Centres of Discovery and a timeline for ROM ReCollects: A History of the ROM as told by its Visitors.
The website now has over 5000+ pages. After project completion, along with the web manager, I trained ROM staff (over 100 staff) on design and updates using tools like Photoshop and Drupal CMS.
