Summary:
CGI Wealth360 Plan Administration is a modular service-based platform providing comprehensive Plan Administration & Record Keeping functionality to Canadian Wealth businesses. I worked as the UX and UI Design lead for this product – ideating with and collaborating with BAs and PMs to gather UX requirements for Wealth Mgmt. applications.
I also researched and implemented an innovative and scalable Atomic Design framework to transform CGI pattern lab into a leading resource for UX for all business units.
Impact:
Decluttered, simplified the complexity of Registered Plans and Term Deposits, by providing clarity, enhanced usability and learnability for thousands of end users.
