Summary:
CGI Wealth360 Plan Administration is a modular service-based platform providing comprehensive Plan Administration & Record Keeping functionality to Canadian Wealth businesses. I worked as the UX and UI Design lead for this product. I ideated and collaborated with BAs and PMs to gather UX requirements for Wealth Mgmt. applications.
I also researched and implemented an innovative and scalable Atomic Design framework to transform CGI pattern lab into a leading resource for UX for all business units.
Goal:
Declutter and simplify the complexity of Registered Plans and Term Deposits, providing clarity, usability and learnability for the end users.
